Experience the Millstone

The Millstone restaurant opened in 2007 in what was originally built as a gift shop for the mill museum.  The menu features salads, soups, sandwiches and handmade Italian Gelato made the way ice cream was intended, low in butterfat, dense, creamier texture, and intense flavors.  Trained by Italian Gelato Master, Luciano Ferrari, the Millstone employees make the gelato in-house with fresh ingredients.  The Millstone also features Wisconsin brewed craft beers.  Friday and Saturday nights after 5:30 the Millstone serves handmade pizza.  A live music series is presented in the mill every Friday night from 7-9pm, June 7th through August 9th.
