The Iola Mills Cafe & Event Space opened in 2007 as the Millstone in what was originally built as a gift shop for the mill museum. 

 

The menu features handmade Italian Gelato, paninis, pizza, espresso.

 

Gelato is made the way ice cream was intended, low in butterfat, dense, creamier texture, and intense flavors.  Trained by Italian Gelato Master, Luciano Ferrari, the Iola Mills employees make the gelato in-house with fresh ingredients.  The cafe also features Wisconsin brewed craft beers. 

 

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights after 4pm the cafe serves handmade pizza.
